1.She trains with her brother

Talk to Seduce, she said, “I wouldn’t say I’m at my best right now.” My brother is my coach. He enters the UFC, and he does Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and mixed martial arts.’

2. And the rest of his family

During quarantine she said Hollywood life that she and her family would exercise together, doing yoga, weight training and a bit of boxing. It’s a family affair right now!

3. She never does cardio

In the same interview with Seduceshe added: ‘[My brother] got me into circuit training and weightlifting – I never do cardio. Many people think that cardio burns weight better than weightlifting…but weightlifting works your muscles, tones them while losing fat.

While there are plenty of ways to consume your protein (not just a daily chicken and broccoli dinner, FYI), Bella is a bit of a protein girl. 15. She practices progressive overload

If you’re unfamiliar, progressive overload is, in a nutshell, the process of gradually increasing the intensity of your workout, so your body adapts and improves over time. There are a few variables you can apply this to, like increasing the time under tension or the number of reps you do.

On the food front, she doesn’t want to cut things. During an interview with Wired, she shared that she was definitely not on the vegan train. “I’m not, I’m so sorry guys. I really want to be. My sister is vegan, so we eat a lot of vegan food, but man, bacon. Oh, it gets me every time.
